Home In Christ Pt 5: Home Protection Plan – Susan Allen
Home in Christ part 5 Home Protection Plan 10/03/21 susan allen You emphatically and categorically need to know with unquestionable certainty that in the very end of days—when time has sailed to its last port and no more time remains for the journey—that last season will stand in the midst of uncontrollable, unpredictable, hurtful, treacherous, menacing times that will be emotionally difficult for people to bear. KJV: 1. Lovers of their own selves 2. Covetous 3. Boasters 4. Proud 5. Blasphemers 6. Disobedient to Parents 7. Unthankful 8. Unholy 9. Without natural affection 10. Trucebreakers 11. False accusers
    1. KJV= incontinent
RIV: People will generally lose the ability to say no and will be unable to control their instincts in nearly every area of life. ADAM CLARKE’s Commentary – those who having sinned away their power of self-government Prov 29:18 niv Where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint; but blessed is he who keeps the law. Life in the Christian home is self-governed by the Word of God And our children need to see the vision so they understand any restraint.   People will become savage,
    1. kjv- Fierce -Uncivilized, harsh, enjoyment in cruelty
We have to be very aware of what we have become comfortable with in our homes Col 3:12 niv Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. 13 Bear with each other and forgive whatever grievances you may have against one another. Forgive as the Lord forgave you. 14 And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. it will eventually feel like there are no laws to protect the innocent.
    1. KJV-Despisers of those that are good
Isa 5:20 niv Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter. 21 Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes and clever in their own sight. How do we not compromise under pressure? Gal 1:10, Acts 5:29, John 12:43, 1 Thes 2:4 all speak of pleasing God not man
    1. KJV Traitors- unfaithfulness, one who abandons ship during times of trouble, betrayal
People will find it easy to walk away from commitments and to easily throw away relationships. Prov 18:24 says there is a friend that sticks closer than a brother If you have to part ways…depart correctly
    1. kjv Heady-
They will become reckless, impulsive, and known for their enjoyment of violence. Prov 19:2 It is not good to have zeal without knowledge, nor to be hasty and miss the way. A man’s own folly ruins his life, yet his heart rages against the Lord. Our decision processes are dependent on our knowledge Read proverbs! Learn to put our thoughts through the filter of Gods word BEFORE we take action Learn to deal with the pressure to respond quickly, to act quickly “Lets think about this” “Lets pray about this” What does the Word say?
    1. High Minded – full of themselves, self-delusional, haughty, critical spirit
They will become full of pride and inflated with a sense of their own self-importance— If we will keep ourselves in front of the mirror of God’s Word it will not let us live a lie. 1 Cor 15:10 niv  But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace to me was not without effect. No, I worked harder than all of them — yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me. 11 Whether, then, it was I or they, this is what we preach, and this is what you believed. Let’s watch out for a critical spirit in our homes…it’s a red flag of High mindedness   to the extent that it may end up feeling like society is being hit by a typhoon; however, those menacing winds of change will eventually blow out like a storm that comes and goes. Meanwhile, people will become fixated on the unobtainable pursuit of happiness and pleasure even more than they love God.
    1. Lovers of Pleasures more than lovers of God
They love God…they just love pleasures more Matt 6   Although they may possess an outward form of religiosity, they will rebuff, refute, refuse, and reject the authentic power that goes along with genuine godliness.   They will have a flexible truth. Their own form of spirituality that is comfortable for them, but it has no power to change them bc they change IT to fit them instead of changing themselves to fit it. ROMANS 8:29 we are to be molded into the image of Christ   I urgently tell you to mentally, spiritually, and physically turn away and remove yourselves from such people. These sorts of people project themselves as “help” with the intention of gaining access into people’s homes to manipulate them HOME IS THE TARGET. The culprit will come under the guise of “HELP” WHO/WHAT has access to my home?   —especially targeting some sincere women who feel overwhelmed by frustrations and disappointing failures in life whom the manipulators find easier to influence because they have so many unmet longings. These women are endlessly doing their very best to gain insight needed to help them navigate life, but they are perpetually unable to come to right conclusions based on truth. KJV: they lead captive silly women laden with sins, led AWAY with divers lusts
