When Faith Fathers a Generation 06/15/25  Happy Father’s Day   Deut 5:29 kjv -O that there were such an heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them, and with their children for ever! (Ex 20)   in Deut 6 Moses goes on to instruct the people Deut 6:1-kjv Now these are the commandments, the statutes, and the judgments, which the Lord your God commanded to teach you, that ye might do them in the land whither ye go to possess it:2 That thou mightest fear the Lord thy God, to keep all his statutes and his commandments, which I command thee, thou, and thy son, and thy son's son, all the days of thy life; and that thy days may be prolonged.3 Hear therefore, O Israel, and observe to do it; that it may be well with thee, and that ye may increase mightily, as the Lord God of thy fathers hath promised thee, in the land that floweth with milk and honey.4 Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord:5 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might.6 And these words, which I command thee this day, shall be in thine heart:7 And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children, and shalt talk of them when thou sittest in thine house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.8 And thou shalt bind them for a sign upon thine hand, and they shall be as frontlets between thine eyes.9 And thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates.10 And it shall be, when the Lord thy God shall have brought thee into the land which he sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give thee great and goodly cities, which thou buildedst not,11 And houses full of all good things, which thou filledst not, and wells digged, which thou diggedst not, vineyards and olive trees, which thou plantedst not; when thou shalt have eaten and be full;12 Then beware lest thou forget the Lord, which brought thee forth out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage. His influence over the generations becomes unmeasurable Prov 20:7 AMP The righteous man walks in his integrity; blessed (happy, fortunate, enviable) are his children after him. “Being principled is being governed by what you believe to be right, even if you have to stand alone. It is an inward conviction, an inward belief that you must do what is right, even if that means fighting for it.” Rick Renner What is happening right now in our world is a teaching moment. Are we talking about it in a way that builds the correct character in our families courageous in righteousness?   Col 3:21 Fathers, provoke not your children to anger, lest they be discouraged.                                       ^embitter, exasperate,                                                 ^lose heart                                         stir up, stimulate to anger                                    without courage   1 Sam 17   WE NEED FAITH TO FATHER THIS GENERATION.

6/1/25 – Faith That Changes Things Pt 7: Faith & Wisdom – Susan Allen
Faith That Changes Things Faith and Wisdom 6/1/25 We should not judge The Word of GOD by our circumstance but, judge the circumstance by the WORD of God   Do not let circumstances determine our steps of faith but let WISDOM determine our steps of faith.   FAITH AND WISDOM ARE FRIENDS FAITH and KNOWLEDGE DON’T HAVE TO BE ENEMIES “Faith does not have to be “kept in the dark” because faith is not hindered by the knowledge of the circumstance. ….Faith allows us to be aware of the problem without being obsessed by the problem.” Philip Steele- Every Day is a Faith Day   Mark 9:17 kjv 17 And one of the multitude answered and said, Master, I have brought unto thee my son, which hath a dumb spirit;18 And wheresoever he taketh him, he teareth him: and he foameth, and gnasheth with his teeth, and pineth away: and I spake to thy disciples that they should cast him out; and they could not.19 He answereth him, and saith, O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him unto me.20 And they brought him unto him: and when he saw him, straightway the spirit tare him; and he fell on the ground, and wallowed foaming.21 And he asked his father, How long is it ago since this came unto him? And he said, Of a child.22 And ofttimes it hath cast him into the fire, and into the waters, to destroy him: but if thou canst do any thing, have compassion on us, and help us.23 Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.24 And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief.25 When Jesus saw that the people came running together, he rebuked the foul spirit, saying unto him, Thou dumb and deaf spirit, I charge thee, come out of him, and enter no more into him.26 And the spirit cried, and rent him sore, and came out of him: and he was as one dead; insomuch that many said, He is dead.27 But Jesus took him by the hand, and lifted him up; and he arose. HE USED the INFORMATION  WISELY   WHEN you gain information…seek God’s wisdom Faith and common sense don’t have to be enemies, if doing what you know to do, doesn’t contradict the wisdom of FAITH   -When you are given information concerning a circumstance take that to God in prayer: James 1:5-AMP  If any of you is deficient in wisdom, let him ask of the giving God [Who gives] to everyone liberally and ungrudgingly, without reproaching or faultfinding, and it will be given him. 6 Only it must be in faith that he asks with no wavering (no hesitating, no doubting). For the one who wavers (hesitates, doubts) is like the billowing surge out at sea that is blown hither and thither and tossed by the wind. 7 For truly, let not such a person imagine that he will receive anything [he asks for] from the Lord, 8 [For being as he is] a man of two minds (hesitating, dubious, irresolute), [he is] unstable and unreliable and uncertain about everything [he thinks, feels, decides]. Faith That Changes Things Understanding Authority 5/25/25 susan allen   Matt 8:1-KJV When he was come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed him. 2 And, behold, there came a leper and worshipped him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean. 3 And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.   THE WORD OF GOD IS THE WILL OF GOD. HIS WORD IS HIS WILL. verse 5 And when Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion (captain over 100 men), beseeching him, 6 And saying, Lord, (supreme in authority) my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented. 7 And Jesus saith unto him, I will come and heal him. 8 The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed. 9 For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.10 When Jesus heard it, he marveled (admired it), and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel. verse 13 And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour. 14 And when Jesus was come into Peter's house, he saw his wife's mother laid, and sick of a fever. 15 And he touched her hand, and the fever left her: and she arose, and ministered unto them. 16 When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick: 17 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.    John 12:49 For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak. 50 And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak. John 14:10 the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.   Mark 4:35-And the same day, when the even was come, he saith unto them, Let us pass over unto the other side.36 And when they had sent away the multitude, they took him even as he was in the ship. And there were also with him other little ships.37 And there arose a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the ship, so that it was now full.38 And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awake him, and say unto him, Master, carest thou not that we perish?39 And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.40 And he said unto them, Why are ye so fearful? how is it that ye have no faith? 41 And they feared exceedingly, and said one to another, What manner of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?   the kind of man who UNDERSTOOD what He had been given authority over. what did Jesus expect of them, what would faith have looked like?   *Read Matthew Mark Luke John & Acts and watch Jesus, disciples & apostles
