11/26/23 – A New Kind Of Peace – Susan Allen
Series: This Month
A New Kind of Peace 11/26/23 Susan Allen Luke 2:1-ESV  In those days a decree went out from Caesar Augustus that all the world should be registered. 2 This was the first registration when Quirinius was governor of Syria. 3 And all went to be registered, each to his own town. 4 And Joseph also went up from Galilee, from the town of Nazareth, to Judea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and lineage of David, 5 to be registered with Mary, his betrothed, who was with child. 6 And while they were there, the time came for her to give birth. 7 And she gave birth to her firstborn son and wrapped him in swaddling cloths and laid him in a manger, because there was no place for them in the inn. 8 And in the same region there were shepherds out in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. 9 And an angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were filled with great fear. 10 And the angel said to them, “Fear not, for behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. 11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. 12 And this will be a sign for you: you will find a baby wrapped in swaddling cloths and lying in a manger.” 13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying,14 “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among those with whom he is pleased!” 15 When the angels went away from them into heaven, the shepherds said to one another, “Let us go over to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has made known to us.” 16 And they went with haste and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby lying in a manger. 17 And when they saw it, they made known the saying that had been told them concerning this child. 18 And all who heard it wondered at what the shepherds told them. 19 But Mary treasured up all these things, pondering them in her heart. 20 And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all they had heard and seen, as it had been told them.   A new kind of peace was born that day.   *THERE is NO peace, UNTIL there is PEACE WITH GOD* PEACE is an INWARD ATMOSPHERE, QUIETNESS, REST Isa 53:4- amp  Surely He has borne our griefs (sicknesses, weaknesses, and distresses) and carried our sorrows and pains [of punishment], yet we [ignorantly] considered Him stricken, smitten, and afflicted by God [as if with leprosy].  [Matt 8:17.] 5 But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; the chastisement [needful to obtain] peace and well-being for us was upon Him, and with the stripes [that wounded] Him we are healed and made whole. Col 1:20 AMP And God purposed that through (by the service, the intervention of) Him [the Son] all things should be completely reconciled back to Himself, whether on earth or in heaven, as through Him, [the Father] made peace by means of the blood of His cross. 21 And although you at one time were estranged and alienated from Him and were of hostile attitude of mind in your wicked activities, 22 Yet now has [Christ, the Messiah] reconciled [you to God] in the body of His flesh through death, in order to present you holy and faultless and irreproachable in His [the Father's] presence. 23 [And this He will do] provided that you continue to stay with and in the faith [in Christ], well-grounded and settled and steadfast, not shifting or moving away from the hope [which rests on and is inspired by] the glad tidings (the Gospel), which you heard and which has been preached [as being designed for and offered without restrictions] to every person under heaven, and of which [Gospel] I, Paul, became a minister.

11/19/23 – The Source Of Truth God & Israel – Susan Allen
    Series: This Month
THE Source of Truth God and Israel 11/19/23 susan allen 2 Tim 3:7 NIV -… always learning but never able to acknowledge the truth. Verse 13: while evil men and impostors will go from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived. 14 But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it, 15 and how from infancy you have known the holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. 16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17 so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.   2 Tim 4:2-NIV Preach the Word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage — with great patience and careful instruction. 3 For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. 4 They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths. 5 But you, keep your head in all situations, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, discharge all the duties of your ministry. There is ONE SOURCE OF TRUTH John 17:17 KJV  Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.   Ezek 33:1 NIV The word of the Lord came to me: 2 "Son of man, speak to your countrymen and say to them: 'When I bring the sword against a land, and the people of the land choose one of their men and make him their watchman, 3 and he sees the sword coming against the land and blows the trumpet to warn the people, 4 then if anyone hears the trumpet but does not take warning and the sword comes and takes his life, his blood will be on his own head. 5 Since he heard the sound of the trumpet but did not take warning, his blood will be on his own head. If he had taken warning, he would have saved himself. 6 But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet to warn the people and the sword comes and takes the life of one of them, that man will be taken away because of his sin, but I will hold the watchman accountable for his blood.' 7 "Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel; so hear the word I speak and give them warning from me.   Gen 12:1-NIV The Lord had said to Abram, "Leave your country, your people and your father's household and go to the land I will show you. 2 "I will make you into a great nation and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. 3 I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you."   Boundaries and description of the land: EX 23, Numbers 34 Nation-GOY- suggest a political entity with a land of its own, a group of individuals who are considered as a unit with respect to origin, language, land, jurisprudence, and government. (from Vine's Expository Dictionary)   Rom 10:1-NIV   Brothers, my heart's desire and prayer to God for the Israelites is that they may be saved. 2 For I can testify about them that they are zealous for God, but their zeal is not based on knowledge.   3 Since they did not know the righteousness that comes from God and sought to establish their own, they did not submit to God's righteousness. verse:16- 16 But not all the Israelites accepted the good news. For Isaiah says, "Lord, who has believed our message?"  17 Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word of Christ. 18 But I ask: Did they not hear? Of course they did: "Their voice has gone out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world." 19 Again I ask: Did Israel not understand? First, Moses says, "I will make you envious by those who are not a nation; I will make you angry by a nation that has no understanding." 20 And Isaiah boldly says, "I was found by those who did not seek me; I revealed myself to those who did not ask for me." 21 But concerning Israel he says, "All day long I have held out my hands to a disobedient and obstinate people." Chapter 11 I ask then: Did God reject his people? By no means! I am an Israelite myself, a descendant of Abraham, from the tribe of Benjamin. 2 God did not reject his people, whom he foreknew. Don't you know what the Scripture says in the passage about Elijah — how he appealed to God against Israel: 3 "Lord, they have killed your prophets and torn down your altars; I am the only one left, and they are trying to kill me"?  4 And what was God's answer to him? "I have reserved for myself seven thousand who have not bowed the knee to Baal."  5 So too, at the present time there is a remnant chosen by grace. 6 And if by grace, then it is no longer by works; if it were, grace would no longer be grace. 7 What then? What Israel sought so earnestly it did not obtain, but the elect did. The others were hardened, 8 as it is written: "God gave them a spirit of stupor, eyes so that they could not see and ears so that they could not hear, to this very day."  9 And David says: "May their table become a snare and a trap, a stumbling block and a retribution for them. 10 May their eyes be darkened so they cannot see, and their backs be bent forever." 11 Again I ask: Did they stumble so as to fall beyond recovery? Not at all! Rather, because of their transgression, salvation has come to the Gentiles to make Israel envious. 12 But if their transgression means riches for the world, and their loss means riches for the Gentiles, how much greater riches will their fullness bring! 13 I am talking to you Gentiles. Inasmuch as I am the apostle to the Gentiles, I make much of my ministry 14 in the hope that I may somehow arouse my own people to envy and save some of them. 15 For if their rejection is the reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead? 16 If the part of the dough offered as firstfruits is holy, then the whole batch is holy; if the root is holy, so are the branches. 17 If some of the branches have been broken off, and you, though a wild olive shoot, have been grafted in among the others and now share in the nourishing sap from the olive root, 18 do not boast over those branches. If you do, consider this: You do not support the root, but the root supports you. 19 You will say then, "Branches were broken off so that I could be grafted in." 20 Granted. But they were broken off because of unbelief, and you stand by faith. Do not be arrogant, but be afraid. 21 For if God did not spare the natural branches, he will not spare you either. 22 Consider therefore the kindness and sternness of God: sternness to those who fell, but kindness to you, provided that you continue in his kindness. Otherwise, you also will be cut off. 23 And if they do not persist in unbelief, they will be grafted in, for God is able to graft them in again. 24 After all, if you were cut out of an olive tree that is wild by nature, and contrary to nature were grafted into a cultivated olive tree, how much more readily will these, the natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree! 25 I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers, so that you may not be conceited: Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full number of the Gentiles has come in. 26 And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written: "The deliverer will come from Zion; he will turn godlessness away from Jacob. 27 And this is my covenant with them when I take away their sins." 28 As far as the gospel is concerned, they are enemies on your account; but as far as election is concerned, they are loved on account of the patriarchs, 29 for God's gifts and his call are irrevocable. 30 Just as you who were at one time disobedient to God have now received mercy as a result of their disobedience, 31 so they too have now become disobedient in order that they too may now receive mercy as a result of God's mercy to you.   Rom 15:23-NIV But now that there is no more place for me to work in these regions, and since I have been longing for many years to see you, 24 I plan to do so when I go to Spain. I hope to visit you while passing through and to have you assist me on my journey there, after I have enjoyed your company for a while. 25 Now, however, I am on my way to Jerusalem in the service of the saints there. 26 For Macedonia and Achaia were pleased to make a contribution for the poor among the saints in Jerusalem. 27 They were pleased to do it, and indeed they owe it to them. For if the Gentiles have shared in the Jews' spiritual blessings, they owe it to the Jews to share with them their material blessings. 28 So after I have completed this task and have made sure that they have received this fruit, I will go to Spain and visit you on the way.   Ps 122:6-NIV 6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: "May those who love you be secure. 7 May there be peace within your walls and security within your citadels." 8 For the sake of my brothers and friends, I will say, "Peace be within you." 9 For the sake of the house of the Lord our God, I will seek your prosperity.

Standing in STRENGTH 11/5/23 susan allen   Josh 1:9-kjv  Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. Commanded: commissioned, ordered, appointed, ordained   IS THIS SOMETHING GOD HAS PUT in my ASSIGNMENT FOLDER? BE STRONG- firm, secure, sustained, confident, resolute The command/assignment by God is, in itself, a strength to you Be of GOOD COURAGE- physically and mentally in courage, confirmed, established, assured, don’t be timid Be not AFRAID- don’t dread, don’t be harassed by fear Neither be DISMAYED- broken down by confusion and fear, shattered, sometimes carries an element of being ashamed FOR the Lord thy GOD is with you wherever you go       10 Then Joshua commanded the officers of the people, saying, 11 Pass through the host, and command the people, saying, Prepare you (supplies) victuals; for within three days ye shall pass over this Jordan, to go in to possess the land, which the Lord your God giveth you to possess it. 12 And to the Reubenites, and to the Gadites, and to half the tribe of Manasseh, spake Joshua, saying, 13 Remember the word which Moses the servant of the Lord commanded you, saying, The Lord your God hath given you rest, and hath given you this land.   2 Cor 1:8 NLT  We think you ought to know, dear brothers and sisters, about the trouble we went through in the province of Asia. We were crushed and overwhelmed beyond our ability to endure, and we thought we would never live through it. 9 In fact, we expected to die. But as a result, we stopped relying on ourselves and learned to rely only on God, who raises the dead.   when I am weak THEN am I strong (2 Cor 12:10)   Matt 11:28-AMP  Come to Me, (reach out) all you who labor and are heavy-laden and overburdened, and I will cause you to rest. [I will ease and relieve and refresh your souls.] (reach out to me, grab ahold of me—substitution is the danger)29 Take My yoke upon you and learn of Me, for I am gentle (meek) and humble (lowly) in heart, and you will find rest (relief and ease and refreshment and recreation and blessed quiet) for your souls.  [Jer 6:16.] 30 For My yoke is wholesome (useful, good — not harsh, hard, sharp, or pressing, but comfortable, gracious, and pleasant), and My burden is light and easy to be borne. What’s your GO-TO when stressed, when you aren’t coping well?    (6960 strongs) qavah  to entwine with Him as ONE, like rope strands braided together for strength Isa 40:28 KJV Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding. 29 He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. 30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: 31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

My Health Is PRESENT In HIS WORD – Susan Allen
My Health is PRESENT in HIS WORD 1/30/22 susan allen Prov 4:20 AMP 20 My son, attend (give your attention) to my words; consent and submit to my sayings. 21 Let them not depart from your sight; keep them in the center of your heart. 22 For they are life to those who find them, (attain, possess, keep present) healing and health (cure, medicine, remedy, profitable) to all their flesh. Ps 107:20 NIV He sent forth his word and healed them; he rescued them from the grave. Isa 53:4 AMP Surely He has borne our griefs (sicknesses, weaknesses, and distresses) and carried our sorrows and pains [of punishment], yet we [ignorantly] considered Him stricken, smitten, and afflicted by God [as if with leprosy].  [Matt 8:17.] 5 But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; the chastisement [needful to obtain] peace and well-being for us was upon Him, and with the stripes [that wounded] Him we are healed and made whole. Ps 103:2 AMP 2 Bless (affectionately, gratefully praise) the Lord, O my soul, and forget not [one of] all His benefits —  3 Who forgives [every one of] all your iniquities, Who heals [each one of] all your diseases, 4 Who redeems your life from the pit and corruption, Who beautifies, dignifies, and crowns you with loving-kindness and tender mercy; 5 Who satisfies your mouth [your necessity and desire at your personal age and situation] with good so that your youth, renewed, is like the eagle's [strong, overcoming, soaring]!  [Isa 40:31.] 1 Peter 2:24 kjv Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed. *Smith Wigglesworth“The devil never lets go of the flesh until he is forced to” Mark 11:23,24, Luke 17:6  speak to your own body in faith Ask the elders of the church to anoint you with oil James 5:14-15 Have hands laid on you by a believer Mark 16:17 kjv17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. 10/29/23 – Partnering With God – Susan Allen
Partnering With God 10/29/23 susan allen Gen 1:26-AMP  God said, Let Us [Father, Son, and Holy Spirit] make mankind in Our image, after Our likeness, and let them have complete authority over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, the [tame] beasts, and over all of the earth, and over everything that creeps upon the earth.  [Ps 104:30; Heb 1:2; 11:3.] 27 So God created man in His own image, in the image and likeness of God He created him; male and female He created them.  [Col 3:9,10; James 3:8,9.] 28 And God blessed them and said to them, Be fruitful, multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it [using all its vast resources in the service of God and man]; and have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and over every living creature that moves upon the earth.   Gen 2:15 AMP  And the Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to tend and guard and keep it. Ps 115:16 AMP The heavens are the Lord's heavens, but the earth has He given to the children of men. Heb 11:3 AMP  By faith we understand that the worlds [during the successive ages] were framed (fashioned, put in order, and equipped for their intended purpose) by the word of God, so that what we see was not made out of things which are visible.  (Vine’s the ages have been prepared) WHAT is in GOD’s hands and what is in man’s hands? The simple is BOTH By God’s delegated authority to us, there are things we can speak to And by God’s delegated authority there are things we PRAY about in the name of JESUS   example JESUS (Son of God and Son of man) Mark 4:35-KJV And the same day, when the even was come, he saith unto them, Let us pass over unto the other side.36 And when they had sent away the multitude, they took him even as he was in the ship. And there were also with him other little ships.37 And there arose a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the ship, so that it was now full.38 And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awake him, and say unto him, Master, carest thou not that we perish?39 And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.40 And he said unto them, Why are ye so fearful? how is it that ye have no faith?41 And they feared exceedingly, and said one to another, What manner of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?   In Chapter 5 we see Him commanding an unclean spirit to come out of a man.He has authority to do that (Luke 10 He gives us the power to do that) But then in Luke we see Jesus PRAY for Simon Peter…not command him   Luke 22:31-ESV  “Simon, Simon, behold, Satan demanded to have you, that he might sift you like wheat, 32 but I have prayed for you that your faith may not fail. And when you have turned again, strengthen your brothers.”   Why did JESUS not just COMMAND PETER, like HE DID THE unclean spirit? The wind/waves? The authority in Genesis never gave us authority over mankind MANKIND was made in the image and likeness of GOD.   GOD doesn’t even cross that line THIS IS WHY SUBMISSION to AUTHORITY is REQUIRED (to place yourself under) WE have to understand this in praying for other people and Circumstances that involve other people. God cannot JUST CHANGE THEM God partners with us in prayer to give every opportunity for them to submit to His will   “As John Wesley once said, “God does nothing but in answer to prayer.”1* Prayer is therefore not an option for mankind but a necessity. If we don’t pray, heaven cannot interfere in earth’s affairs. It is imperative that we take responsibility for the earth and determine what happens here by our prayer lives.” ― Myles Monroe, Understanding The Purpose And Power Of Prayer

10/22/23 – Don’t Back Up – Susan Allen
Don’t Back UP 10/22/23 susan allen Ex 3:8 NIV So I have come down to rescue them from the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up out of that land into a good and spacious land, a land flowing with milk and honey — the home of the Canaanites, Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites.   Num 13:27-nkjv 27 Then they told him, and said: "We went to the land where you sent us. It truly flows with milk and honey, and this is its fruit. 28 Nevertheless the people who dwell in the land are strong; the cities are fortified and very large; moreover we saw the descendants of Anak there. 29 The Amalekites dwell in the land of the South; the Hittites, the Jebusites, and the Amorites dwell in the mountains; and the Canaanites dwell by the sea and along the banks of the Jordan." 30 Then Caleb quieted the people before Moses, and said, "Let us go up at once and take possession, for we are well able to overcome it." 31 But the men who had gone up with him said, "We are not able to go up against the people, for they are stronger than we." 32 And they gave the children of Israel a bad report of the land which they had spied out, saying, "The land through which we have gone as spies is a land that devours its inhabitants, and all the people whom we saw in it are men of great stature. 33 There we saw the giants (the descendants of Anak came from the giants); and we were like grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in their sight."   Josh 14:6- NIV …"You know what the Lord said to Moses the man of God at Kadesh Barnea about you and me. 7 I was forty years old when Moses the servant of the Lord sent me from Kadesh Barnea to explore the land. And I brought him back a report according to my convictions, 8 but my brothers who went up with me made the hearts of the people melt with fear. I, however, followed the Lord my God wholeheartedly. 9 So on that day Moses swore to me, 'The land on which your feet have walked will be your inheritance and that of your children forever, because you have followed the Lord my God wholeheartedly.' 10 "Now then, just as the Lord promised, he has kept me alive for forty-five years since the time he said this to Moses, while Israel moved about in the desert. So here I am today, eighty-five years old! 11 I am still as strong today as the day Moses sent me out; I'm just as vigorous to go out to battle now as I was then. 12 Now give me this hill country that the Lord promised me that day. You yourself heard then that the Anakites were there and their cities were large and fortified, but, the Lord helping me, I will drive them out just as he said."   1 Tim 6:12 KJV Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.   1 Peter 5:8-niv Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. 9 Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kind of sufferings.   This Bible tells you what is yours. The territory God has given you to live in. There is no need to find slavery to your past more attractive just because there are enemies to the promises of God. EXPLORE this territory. Follow God’s step by step instructions and NEVER BACK UP and BACK OUT of the land He has given you as an inheritance.

10/8/23 – The Power Of Blessing – Susan Allen
The Power of BLESSING 10/8/23 susan allen Blessing: Words that paint a picture in someone’s mind that helps them see who GOD CREATED them to be   Siblings blessing siblings (Gen 24:60-Rebekah blessed by her siblings concerning her future as she leaves to marry Isaac) : Thou art our sister; be thou the mother of thousands of millions, and let they seed possess the gate of those which hate them.   Rebekah was naturally unable to produce what GOD had PROMISED BUT the Blessing had already been spoken! THE BLESSING is a STRENGTH TO US when we are unable to naturally PRODUCE what GOD has PROMISED   OUR WORDS were always designed to be PROPHETIC in NATURE Our CHILDREN SEEK those WORDS that tell them WHO THEY ARE   Gen 26 and 27 Esau and Jacob SEEKING the blessing Jacob so wanted it that he was willing to manipulate to get it. Once the blessing was spoken it remained. Jacob’s behavior did not change what was spoken. The blessing is not done by what you see naturally- it is spoken by what God said out of His nature It is spoken by faith   Heb 11:20-AMP  [With eyes of] faith Isaac, looking far into the future, invoked blessings upon Jacob and Esau. 21 [Prompted] by faith Jacob, when he was dying, blessed each of Joseph's sons and bowed in prayer over the top of his staff.     GRANDPARENTS Gen 48:10- Israel (Jacob) blesses his grandchildren.   Balak tries to get Balaam to curse the children of Israel (the descendants of the ones we have been speaking of who have been blessed)   Num 23:7-8 NIV… 'Come,' he said, 'curse Jacob for me; come, denounce Israel.' 8 How can I curse those whom God has not cursed? How can I denounce those whom the Lord has not denounced? :11 Balak said to Balaam, "What have you done to me? I brought you to curse my enemies, but you have done nothing but bless them!" 12 He answered, "Must I not speak what the Lord puts in my mouth?" :19- God is not a man, that he should lie, Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill? 20 I have received a command to bless; he has blessed, and I cannot change it.   THIS is the power of you speaking the blessing NOW                           Some History on The Blessing of Ephraim and Manasseh: The blessing is performed differently in every family. In some traditional homes, only the father blesses the children. In other families, both parents give blessings–either together and in unison, or first one parent, followed by the other. In some homes the mother blesses the girls and the father blesses the boys.Usually the person giving the blessing places one or both hands on the child’s head. Some parents bless each child in succession, working from oldest to youngest. Others bless all of the girls together, and all of the boys together. After the blessing, some parents take a moment to whisper something to their child–praising him or her for something he or she did during the week, or conveying some extra encouragement and love. Almost every family concludes the blessing with a kiss or a hug. There are also different customs as to when the blessing is recited. Some families bless their children immediately before or after Kiddush. Others prefer to bless just after lighting the Shabbat candles.  In some families with grown children who no longer live at home, this blessing is imparted over the phone on Fridays. It seems strange that the blessing for boys singles out Ephraim and Menashe instead of the patriarchs, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob — or, for that matter, any other great biblical leaders who were men (Joseph, Moses, King David, King Solomon). A few answers have been proposed. The view most commonly held is that of contemporary Israeli Rabbi Mordechai Elon who wrote that Ephraim and Menashe are the first pair of brothers in the Bible who do not see each other as competitors. They do not struggle for power, and their dynamic as a family never seems to be the source of great difficulty in either of their lives. By blessing our children to be like Ephraim and Menashe we seek to bestow upon our children the legacy of peace and harmony between brothers.Another interpretation, by 19th-century Israeli Rabbi Shmuel Hominer, notes that Ephraim and Menashe grew up in Egypt, unlike the patriarchs who all grew up in Israel. Ephraim and Menashe maintained their distinct identity as Israelites, even though they lived in a place where they were surrounded and outnumbered by the Egyptians and their gods. The ability to remain faithful to Judaism, even when it is a struggle, is a legacy that we want to pass on to our children.Beyond the weekly blessing on Friday nights, many parents recite this blessing on special occasions, such as at a child’s brit milah or naming ceremonybar or bat mitzvah, and wedding. Any important milestone in a child’s life, from the first day of school to birthdays, to the day they graduate high school or college, can be appropriately marked with this blessing.

    10/1/23 – I Am A Blessing And A Blesser – Susan Allen
I AM a BLESSING and a BLESSER RCC Family Day 10/1/2023 susan allen   Num 6:22-TLB  Now the Lord said to Moses, "Tell Aaron and his sons that they are to give (kjv saying to them) this special blessing to the people of Israel: 'May the Lord bless and protect you; may the Lord's face radiate with joy because of you; may he be gracious to you, show you his favor, and give you his peace.' 27 This is how Aaron and his sons shall call down my blessings upon the people of Israel; and I myself will personally bless them."   A BLESSING –is WORDS that paint a picture in someone’s MIND that helps them see WHO GOD CREATED THEM TO BE   Gen 1:28 Adam and Eve   Gen 9 Noah and family   Gen 12 Abram   JESUS Mark 10:13 GNT Some people brought children to Jesus for him to place his hands on them, but the disciples scolded the people. 14 When Jesus noticed this, he was angry and said to his disciples, "Let the children come to me, and do not stop them, because the Kingdom of God belongs to such as these. 15  I assure you that whoever does not receive the Kingdom of God like a child will never enter it." 16 Then he took the children in his arms, placed his hands on each of them, and blessed them.   Word Paint: God put gifts, talents and abilities in you. He created you with purpose. God loves you. He has plans for you. No one can curse what God has blessed. He has blessed-spoken His Words over you in the Bible. I am proud of you. There is no one like you. Notes for the kids: I AM A BLESSING and A BLESSER It is a blessing when I use words that paint a picture in someone’s mind that helps them see who God created them to be   Gen 1:28 Adam and Eve Gen 9:1 Noah and his family Gen 12:2 Abram –you will be a blessing The blessing of Numbers 6: The Lord bless and protect you; may the Lord's face radiate with joy because of you; may he be gracious to you, show you his favor, and give you his peace.   Good things/blessings I can say to paint a good picture in the mind of:   My Mom:   My Dad:   My brothers/sisters:   Teacher:   People at school:   What would you like your grown-ups to say about you?

Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. 10 That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. LET HIM HELP part 4 7/2/23 susan allen Review: part 1- Jesus suffered for you wholly 1 Thess 5:23, praise cure Ps 103:1-6, anchor for the soul Heb 6:19, what is normal? 1 Cor:4, think on these things Phil 4:6-, Your thought life does not have to be terminal             Part 2- David encouraged himself 1 Sam 30:1-, (1 Peter 3:10), (2 Cor 10:3-6) (2 Tim 1:7) Nebuchadnezzar in Dan 4 You are not too far gone.             Part 3- The restored soul Ps 23 He restores my soul, IS 55 Instead of the brier, Rom 12 transformed Ps 43:5 amp Why are you cast down, O my inner self? And why should you moan over me and be disquieted within me? Hope in God and wait expectantly for Him, for I shall yet praise Him, Who is the help of my [sad] countenance, and my God. Think about these scripture statements: as he thinks in his heart so is he Keep your heart with all diligence for out of your heart are the issues of life Charles Capps “There was a time when you could be off from the centerline at the top of the triangle and still be inside the triangle of light. But as you approach the triangle of the end, you must move to the center line” The Triangle of the End   1 Peter 1:13-KJV 13 Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;14 As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:15 But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;16 Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy. GIRD UP- brace up your minds, prepare your minds for action, EX 12:11 Eph 6:14 tells us to have our loins gird about with TRUTH Loins=procreative power, productivity   Phil 4:6- Do not fret or have any anxiety about anything, but in every circumstance and in everything, by prayer and petition (definite requests), with thanksgiving, continue to make your wants known to God. 7 And God's peace which transcends all understanding shall garrison and mount guard over your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. 8 For the rest, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is worthy of reverence and is honorable and seemly, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely and lovable, whatever is kind and winsome and gracious, if there is any virtue and excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think on and weigh and take account of these things [fix your minds on them]. 9 Practice what you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, and model your way of living on it, and the God of peace (of untroubled, undisturbed well-being) will be with you. NT:5432 froureoo,:1.to guard, protect by a military guard, in order to prevent hostile invasion- Thayer’s FEAR/anxiety is a spiritual force 2 Tim 1:7 kjv For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. Power-dunamis       love- agape       sound mind- self control   1 John 4:18 amp  There is no fear in love [dread does not exist], but full-grown (complete, perfect) love turns fear out of doors and expels every trace of terror! For fear brings with it the thought of punishment, and [so] he who is afraid has not reached the full maturity of love [is not yet grown into love's complete perfection].

The RESTORED SOUL part 3 Ps 43:5 amp Why are you cast down, O my inner self? And why should you moan over me and be disquieted within me? Hope in God and wait expectantly for Him, for I shall yet praise Him, Who is the help of my [sad] countenance, and my God.   Ps 23:1 AMP- THE LORD is my Shepherd [to feed, guide, and shield me], I shall not lack. 2 He makes me lie down in [fresh, tender] green pastures; He leads me beside the still and restful waters.  [Rev 7:17.] LEADS: Thayer’s OT:5095 nahal —to lead, to give rest, to lead with care, to guide to a watering place or station, to cause to rest, to bring to a station or place of rest, to guide, to refresh a)(Piel)   1) to lead to a watering-place or station and cause to rest there  2) to lead or bring to a station or goal   3) to lead, to guide  4)to give rest to   5 )to refresh (with food) b)(Hithpael)  1) to lead on  2) to journey by stations or stages   3 He refreshes and restores my life (my self);             ^repair, restore, refresh, bring back my soul He leads me in the paths of righteousness [uprightness and right standing with Him — not for my earning it, but] for His name's sake. 4 Yes, though I walk through the [deep, sunless] valley of the shadow of death, I will fear or dread no evil, for You are with me; Your rod [to protect] and Your staff [to guide], they comfort me. 5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my [brimming] cup runs over. 6 Surely or only goodness, mercy, and unfailing love shall follow me all the days of my life, and through the length of my days the house of the Lord [and His presence] shall be my dwelling place.   Isa 55:6-NKJV  Seek the Lord while He may be found, Call upon Him while He is near. 7 Let the wicked forsake his way,(established thought patterns/strongholds already acted on) And the unrighteous man his thoughts;(not yet acted on but trying to lead you) Let him return to the Lord, And He will have mercy on him; And to our God, For He will abundantly pardon. 8 "For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways," says the Lord. 9 "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts. 10 "For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, And do not return there, But water the earth, And make it bring forth and bud, That it may give seed to the sower And bread to the eater, 11 So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void ,But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it. 12 "For you shall go out with joy, And be led out with peace; The mountains and the hills Shall break forth into singing before you, And all the trees of the field shall clap their hands. 13 Instead of the thorn shall come up the cypress tree, And instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree; And it shall be to the Lord for a name, For an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off."   If we want “INSTEAD OF” RESULTS, we have to FORSAKE and TAKE   Rom 12:1-kjv  I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies (release claim to it)  a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.2 And be not (stop sign forbidding the continuance of an action already in progress) conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind (renovation), that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

6/4/23 – Let Him Help Pt 2 – Susan Allen
LET HIM HELP part 2 06/04/23 susan allen Ps 43:5 AMP Why are you cast down (sink, or depress), O my inner self? And why should you moan over me and be disquieted (loud, troubled) within me? Hope in God and wait expectantly for Him, for I shall yet praise Him, Who is the help (health, Yeshuwah-deliverer) of my [sad] countenance (face), and my God.   Jesus suffered for you wholly and HE WON for you WHOLLY.  There is no part of you that He LEFT OUT STOP SEPERATING YOUR MENTAL HEALTH from HEALTH-HEALING   1 Thess 5:23 AMP  And may the God of peace Himself sanctify you through and through [separate you from profane things, make you pure and wholly consecrated to God]; and may your spirit and soul and body be preserved sound and complete [and found] blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah).   1 Sam 30:1-KJV  And it came to pass, when David and his men were come to Ziklag on the third day, that the Amalekites had invaded the south, and Ziklag, and smitten Ziklag, and burned it with fire;2 And had taken the women captives, that were therein: they slew not any, either great or small, but carried them away, and went on their way.3 So David and his men came to the city, and, behold, it was burned with fire; and their wives, and their sons, and their daughters, were taken captives.4 Then David and the people that were with him lifted up their voice and wept, until they had no more power to weep. 5 And David's two wives were taken captives, Ahinoam the Jezreelitess, and Abigail the wife of Nabal the Carmelite.6 And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the Lord his God.               ^strengthened, helped, fortified, restored HIMSELF in the Lord His God :8 And David enquired at the Lord, saying, Shall I pursue after this troop? shall I overtake them? And he answered him, Pursue: for thou shalt surely overtake them, and without fail recover all.   ENCOURAGE- talk to God and Let Him Help you. Let His Word speak to you and then you speak His Word to you.   PURSUE----don’t let this go. What the enemy has tried to take captive in your life, refuse to give it up. THIS MEANS PUT EFFORT IN 1 Peter 3:10 NIV  For, "Whoever would love life and see good days must keep his tongue from evil and his lips from deceitful speech. 11 He must turn from evil and do good; he must seek peace and pursue it.   OVERTAKE- we are going to overcome this by letting God’s truth OWN the space of our mind. We must OVERTAKE those wrong thoughts 2 Cor 10:3-6 kjv For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;6 And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled. AMP3 For though we walk (live) in the flesh, we are not carrying on our warfare according to the flesh and using mere human weapons. 4 For the weapons of our warfare are not physical [weapons of flesh and blood], but they are mighty before God for the overthrow and destruction of strongholds, 5 [Inasmuch as we] refute (deny, contradict, prove wrong) arguments and theories and reasonings and every proud and lofty thing that sets itself up against the [true] knowledge of God; and we lead every thought and purpose away captive into the obedience of Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One)   RECOVER ALL- amp 2 Tim 1:7 For God did not give us a spirit of timidity (of cowardice, of craven and cringing and fawning fear), but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of calm and well-balanced mind and discipline and self-control. Dan 4:33- kjv The same hour was the thing fulfilled upon Nebuchadnezzar: and he was driven from men, and did eat grass as oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven, till his hairs were grown like eagles' feathers, and his nails like birds' claws.34 And at the end of the days I Nebuchadnezzar lifted up mine eyes unto heaven, and mine understanding returned unto me, and I blessed the most High, and I praised and honoured him that liveth for ever, whose dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom is from generation to generation:

Fruit or Consequence part 2 3/28/2021 susan allen Gal 5:13 kjv For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.14 For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.15 But if ye bite and devour one another, take heed that ye be not consumed one of another.16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.24 And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. 1 Peter 1:22-kjv  Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.   SPIRIT: The dimension of man which deals with the spiritual realm and knows God and is in contact with Him. SOUL: The dimension of man which deals with the mental realm It is the intellect, emotions, and your will. It is the part that reasons and thinks and chooses.  BODY: The dimension of man which deals with the physical realm and the senses, instincts and urges.   Rom 12:1-kjv  I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. Prov 4:23-27 kjv 23 Keep (guard) thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.24 Put away from thee a froward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee. (what you say and hear)25 Let thine eyes look right on, and let thine eyelids look straight before thee. (what you see)26 Ponder the path of thy feet (where you allow yourself to go), and let all thy ways be established. (your decisions)27 Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: remove thy foot from evil. (don’t get distracted…pay attention to what has your attention because that is where you are headed) YOU ARE A NEW CREATURE in CHRIST JESUS (2 cor 5:17) Rom 8:1-6 kjv  There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin 4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. NT:5426 phroneo (fron-eh'-o); from NT:5424; to exercise the mind, i.e. entertain or have a sentiment or opinion; by implication, to be (mentally) disposed (more or less earnestly in a certain direction); intensively, to interest oneself in (with concern or obedience):KJV - set the affection on

Works of the Flesh (the hard route), the nature of man without the influence of God Hatred: hostility, animosity, can’t get along Variance: mean spirited, so consumed with its own self-interests and ambitions that it would rather split and divide than to give an inch Emulations: moved with envy, resentful, jealous Wrath: boiling with anger, unresolved issues, underlying anger Strife: self-seeking ambition, self-focused ambition bound to hurt and offend people Seditions: stand apart, rebel and step away from someone to whom you should be loyal, disloyalty, defiant Heresies: cliques, exclusiveness, division, faction, divisive unauthorized group, sect (those in the flesh will gravitate to those in flesh) Adultery: Traditionally it means “cheating” on your spouse. Fornication: Greek word Porneia. Sexual activity outside of marriage (Pornos or Porneia= Mental prostitution) Uncleanness: lewd unclean thinking or actions Lasciviousness: undisciplined, unbridled, wild, excessive Idolatry: extreme devotion and service to something one worships other than God Witchcraft: medication, mind altering (pharmakeia) Envying: ill will, spite, desires to deprive another of what is his Murders: slaughter, slay Drunkenness: intoxication Reveling: rioting, carousing, looking for trouble

5/14/23 – Parenting In Grace & Faith – Susan Allen
Parenting in Grace and Faith Happy Mother’s Day 5/14/23 YOU MIGHT HAVE MADE SOME MISTAKES RAISING YOUR KIDS JUST AS Eph 2:8 tells us that by HIS GRACE we are saved (delivered) through faith, WE PARENT by His Grace and are delivered through faith   We cannot afford to let our “parenting regrets” override HIS GRACE in our minds , or we WILL NOT be able to operate in FAITH concerning our children His grace is greater than our mistakes Accept His Grace and let HIM put His INFLUENCE INTO the situation Do not underestimate the power of GOD’S GRACE in your parenting STORY PRAY over your situation, YOUR CHILDREN….NOT IN FEAR, not our of regret BUT IN FAITH THE PRAYER of FAITH is the way we take our FEARS off of our children and place THEM in the hands of God            FEAR based parenting is not beneficial to our kids            REGRET based parenting is not beneficial to our kids FEAR is transferrable by WORDS, but so is FAITH Romans 10:17 Faith comes by hearing.   BEGIN to SEED the WORD. You do not water the Word with worry or negative words, you water it with praise and you rest in faith expecting a harvest/change Do not let fear in during the process of time     Ps 37:25-NIV I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging bread. 26 They are always generous and lend freely; their children will be blessed.   Ps 103:17 NIV But from everlasting to everlasting the Lord's love is with those who fear him, and his righteousness with their children's children —   Ps 112:1-NIV Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, who finds great delight in his commands.2 His children will be mighty in the land; the generation of the upright will be blessed.   Ps 115:13-NIV  he will bless those who fear the Lord — small and great alike. 14 May the Lord make you increase, both you and your children. 15 May you be blessed by the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.   Ps 113:9 He maketh the barren woman to keep house, and to be a joyful mother of children. Praise ye the LORD.   Ps 127:3-5 Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward.4 As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth.5 Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate.   Ps 128:3 Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table. ^ The olive represents peace, fatness, joy, and flourishing prosperity(from Jamieson, Fausset, and Brown)   Ps 147:12-14 Praise the LORD, O Jerusalem; praise thy God, O Zion.13 For he hath strengthened the bars of thy gates; he hath blessed thy children within thee.14 He maketh peace in thy borders, and filleth thee with the finest of the wheat.   Prov 14:26 In the fear of the LORD is strong confidence: and his children shall have a place of refuge. Prov 17:6 Children's children are the crown of old men; and the glory of children are their fathers.   Prov 20:7 The just man walketh in his integrity: his children are blessed after him.   Prov 31:28 Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her.   Isa 54:13-14 13 And all thy children shall be taught of the LORD; and great shall be the peace of thy children.14 In righteousness shalt thou be established: thou shalt be far from oppression; for thou shalt not fear: and from terror; for it shall not come near thee.   1 Sam 1:26-28 And she said, Oh my lord, as thy soul liveth, my lord, I am the woman that stood by thee here, praying unto the LORD.27 For this child I prayed; and the LORD hath given me my petition which I asked of him:28 Therefore also I have lent him to the LORD; as long as he liveth he shall be lent to the LORD. And he worshipped the LORD there.   Prov 22  Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.   Prov 22:15 Foolishness is bound in the heart of a child; but the rod of correction shall drive it far from him.   Prov 23:13-14 Withhold not correction from the child: for if thou beatest him with the rod, he shall not die.14 Thou shalt beat him with the rod, and shalt deliver his soul from hell.   Prov 23:24-25 The father of the righteous shall greatly rejoice: and he that begetteth a wise child shall have joy of him.25 Thy father and thy mother shall be glad, and she that bare thee shall rejoice.   Prov 29:17 Correct thy son, and he shall give thee rest; yea, he shall give delight unto thy soul   Prov 29:15 The rod and reproof give wisdom: but a child left to himself bringeth his mother to shame.   Deut 28:11 And the LORD shall make thee plenteous in goods, in the fruit of thy body, and in the fruit of thy cattle, and in the fruit of thy ground, in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers to give thee. *Father I thank you for the children you have blessed me with. They hunger and thirst after righteousness. They seek you and find you. They love you with their whole heart, mind and soul. Anything that tries to come between you is removed from their lives. I have taught them of you and your ways and they will never depart from it. My children bring me joy and not sorrow. They rise up and call me blessed. I have lent them to you for your service- they have found their place in you. You have placed Godly friendships and relationships in their life-they desire none else. Your Holy Spirit resides on the inside of them, working constantly on their behalf-showing them things, warning them and leading them in the path of righteousness. Satan cannot in anyway have my children-they have been yours since the day of conception-they will never serve another. I have taught them of you therefore they have great peace. You have created in them a clean heart-set apart for your service. I will not fear. I will not be moved by what I see. I put my trust in you. I rest now in your Words to me concerning my children and I consider it done from this day forward-I will not pick up this care again-But I will praise you for what you are doing in their lives and what they are doing for you. The end result is what you have promised.

I rest now in your Words to me concerning my children and I consider it done from this day forward-I will not pick up this care again-But I will praise you for what you are doing in their lives and what they are doing for you. The end result is what you have promised.

HOMEGROWN 5/7/23 RCC FAMILY DAY  Deut 6:5 NKJV (page 211   see the green 6  then small numbers in the sentences find little number 5)  5 You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength. 6 "And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. 7 You shall teach them diligently (intensely, pierce) to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. 8 You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. 9 You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates. Sow the Word into your family by what they see,  what they hear, what is said, and all along the “way” in their actions and your actions in daily life. A good godly life does not come from outside things…the best is HOMEGROWN You ARE growing something at home and the fruit will show you if you need to sow differently. NEVER UNDERESTIMATE the POWER OF your HOME ENVIRONMENT THIS takes time and effort. MAKE time. The harvest is worth it. Eph 5:15,16 speaks of not being foolish but making the MOST of EVERY OPPORTUNITY because the days are evil/hurtful/fierce  (page 1399 look for the small numbers 15,16) IF we want a good life…there are seeds we should pick to sow Not literally in the grown, but in the choices that we make When we mess up and plant (do) the wrong thing we dig that seed up by asking for forgiveness and by forgiving each other A peaceful, good, and godly home doesn’t just happen…It’s homegrown. We need to start sowing for it today and giving it our time and attention.  Gal 6:7 Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. The Blueprint Of Home – Susan Allen
The Blueprint of Home 4/3/22 susan allen   Ps 127:1a   NIV   Unless the Lord builds the house, its builders labor in vain. BUILD (banah- baw naw’): to make, to establish, rebuild something that is destroyed LABOR in vain: work severely and with irksomeness (causing annoyance, weariness frustration) EACH and EVERY LABORER NEEDS to have an UNDERSTANDING of THEIR PART of the VISION for this HOME LOOK TO GOD for plan, materials and co-operation 2 Peter 1:2-niv  Grace and peace be yours in abundance through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord. 3 His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. 4 Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature and escape the corruption in the world caused by evil desires. 5 For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; 6 and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; 7 and to godliness, brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness, love. 8 For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. EPH 5:21 TPT And out of your reverence for Christ be supportive of each other in love. 22For wives, this means being devoted  to your husbands like you are tenderly devoted to our Lord, 23for the husband provides leadership for the wife, just as Christ provides leadership for his church, as the Savior and Reviver  of the body. 24In the same way the church is devoted to Christ, let the wives be devoted to their husbands in everything.25And to the husbands, you are to demonstrate love for your wives with the same tender devotion that Christ demonstrated to us, his bride.  For he died for us, sacrificing himself 26to make us holy and pure, cleansing us through the showering of the pure water of the Word of God. 27All that he does in us is designed to make us a mature church for his pleasure, until we become a source of praise to him—glorious and radiant,  beautiful and holy, without fault or flaw. 28Husbands have the obligation of loving and caring for their wives the same way they love and care for their own bodies, for to love your wife is to love your own self. 29No one abuses his own body, but pampers it—serving and satisfying its needs. That’s exactly what Christ does for his church! 30He serves and satisfies us  as members of his body.31For this reason a man is to leave his father and his mother and lovingly hold to his wife, since the two have become joined as one flesh.  32Marriage is the beautiful design of the Almighty,  a great mystery  of Christ and his church. 33So every married man should be gracious to his wife just as he is gracious to himself. And every wife should be tenderly devoted to her husband.6:1 Children, if you want to be wise, listen to your parents and do what they tell you, and the Lord  will help you.2For the commandment, “Honor your father and your mother,” was the first of the Ten Commandments with a promise attached: 3“You will prosper  and live a long, full life if you honor your parents.”4Fathers, don’t exasperate your children,  but raise them up with loving discipline and counsel that brings the revelation of our Lord.   Prov 14:1 amp EVERY WISE woman builds her house, but the foolish one tears it down with her own hands. 1 Peter 3:7 kjv Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered. Show up for WORK, blueprint in hand. Home In Christ – Susan Allen
HOME in CHRIST  8/29/2021 susan allen Gen 1:26 ESV 26 Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.”27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. 28 And God blessed them. And God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth.” Gen 2:18- ESV Then the Lord God said, “It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him.” 19 Now out of the ground the Lord God had formed every beast of the field and every bird of the heavens and brought them to the man to see what he would call them. And whatever the man called every living creature, that was its name. 20 The man gave names to all livestock and to the birds of the heavens and to every beast of the field. But for Adam there was not found a helper fit for him. 21 So the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon the man, and while he slept took one of his ribs and closed up its place with flesh. 22 And the rib that the Lord God had taken from the man he made into a woman and brought her to the man. 23 Then the man said, “This at last is bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.” 24 Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh. 25 And the man and his wife were both naked and were not ashamed. Gen 3:1  Now the serpent was more crafty than any other beast of the field that the Lord God had made.He said to the woman, (SEPERATION is HAPPENING) “Did God actually say, ‘You shall not eat of any tree in the garden’?”2 And the woman said to the serpent, “We may eat of the fruit of the trees in the garden, 3 but God said, ‘You shall not eat of the fruit of the tree that is in the midst of the garden, neither shall you touch it, lest you die.’” 4 But the serpent said to the woman, “You will not surely die. 5 For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.” 6 So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was a delight to the eyes, and that the tree was to be desired to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate, and she also gave some to her husband who was with her, and he ate. (SHE PARTOOK of the LIE and THEN SHARED it) 7 Then the eyes of both were opened, and they knew that they were naked. And they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves loincloths. (THEY NOW SEE THEIR DIFFERENCES) 8 And they heard the sound of the Lord God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and the man and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God among the trees of the garden. 9 But the Lord God called to the man and said to him, “Where are you?” 10 And he said, “I heard the sound of you in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked, and I hid myself.” 11 He said, “Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten of the tree of which I commanded you not to eat?” 12 The man said, “The woman whom you gave to be with me, she gave me fruit of the tree, and I ate.” 13 Then the Lord God said to the woman, “What is this that you have done?” The woman said, “The serpent deceived me, and I ate.”   And it all started with a thought that originated OUTSIDE of GOD and THEM. Gen 3:16 ESV To the woman he said, “I will surely multiply your pain in childbearing; in pain you shall bring forth children. Your desire shall be for your husband, and he shall rule over you.”                       ^longing, craving                    ^CJB- BUT       ^reign, dominate :17 And to Adam he said, “Because you have listened to the voice of your wife and have eaten of the tree of which I commanded you, ‘You shall not eat of it,’ cursed is the ground because of you; in pain you shall eat of it all the days of your life; 18 thorns and thistles it shall bring forth for you; and you shall eat the plants of the field. 19 By the sweat of your face you shall eat bread THEN came JESUS Gal 3:26-29 ESV 26 for in Christ Jesus you are all sons of God, through faith. 27 For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. HOME in CHRIST starts looking totally different. Eph 5:21 ESV submitting to one another out of reverence for Christ.22 Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord. HUPOTASSO TASSO: according to Wuest has a military meaning “to draw up in order of battle” HUPO: means under SO WIVES we place ourselves UNDER to draw up in order of battle   23 For the husband is the head of the wife even as Christ is the head of the church, his body, and is himself its Savior. 24 Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit in everything to their husbands.   2 TIM 3   Renner International Version (Rick Renner) You emphatically and categorically need to know with unquestionable certainty that in the very end of days—when time has sailed to its last port and no more time remains for the journey—that last season will stand in the midst of uncontrollable, unpredictable, hurtful, treacherous, menacing times that will be emotionally difficult for people to bear. Men will be self-focused, self-centered, self-absorbed, self-consumed, and in love with themselves more than anyone else. As a result of this self-love, they will be driven to obtain more and more and more. These boasters are so committed to their own agenda that they are willing to exaggerate, overstate the facts, stretch the truth, embellish a story, and even lie if it will get them the position, advantage, or goal they desire. They are arrogant, haughty, impudent, snooty, and insolent. They disdain, mock, slander, and speak ill of anyone that stands in the way of their ideology and freely use foul language. In this climate, parents will no longer be able to persuade, control, lead, or exercise authority over their own children. And although people were once thankful and appreciative, they will generally become void of gratitude and will be unappreciative of everything. Impurity will seep into society and cause it to become impure, ill-mannered, unclean, indecent, coarse, vulgar, offensive, crude, lewd, and rude.  Love for and commitment for family will disintegrate, and divorce will become epidemic, with irreconcilable differences being a major factor in tearing families apart. In fact, every imaginable type of covenant will be regularly violated, and the court system will be overwhelmed as people go overboard, suing and being sued. People will generally lose the ability to say no and will be unable to control their instincts in nearly every area of life. People will become savage, and it will eventually feel like there are no laws to protect the innocent.  People will find it easy to walk away from commitments and to easily throw away relationships. They will become reckless, impulsive, and known for their enjoyment of violence. They will become full of pride and inflated with a sense of their own self-importance—to the extent that it may end up feeling like society is being hit by a typhoon; however, those menacing winds of change will eventually blow out like a storm that comes and goes. Meanwhile, people will become fixated on the unobtainable pursuit of happiness and pleasure even more than they love God. Although they may possess an outward form of religiosity, they will rebuff, refute, refuse, and reject the authentic power that goes along with genuine godliness. I urgently tell you to mentally, spiritually, and physically turn away and remove yourselves from such people. These sorts of people project themselves as “help” with the intention of gaining access into people’s homes to manipulate them—especially targeting some sincere women who feel overwhelmed by frustrations and disappointing failures in life whom the manipulators find easier to influence because they have so many unmet longings. These women are endlessly doing their very best to gain insight needed to help them navigate life, but they are perpetually unable to come to right conclusions based on truth.
