Kenyon “He is to satisfy the claims of Justice against the human race. He could not do that in His physical life. If Jesus paid the penalty of sin on the cross, then Sin is but a physical act. Healing is very present…it exists in the realm of faith *Smith Wigglesworth: “I believe in compete healings. If the healing is not manifested, it is there all the same. It is inactive because of inactive faith, but it is there. God has given it. How do I know? They will lay hands on the sick and they will recover. Whose word is that? That is God’s Word. So I have faith today.” Rom 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

The Price of Righteousness Palm Sunday 3/29/26 Susan Allen Matt 21:1-ESV Now when they drew near to Jerusalem and came to Bethphage (Beth-fage), to the Mount of Olives, then Jesus sent two disciples, 2 saying to them, “Go into the village in front of you, and immediately you will find a donkey tied, and a colt with her. Untie them and bring them to me. 3 If anyone says anything to you, you shall say, ‘The Lord needs them,’ and he will send them at once.” 4 This took place to fulfill what was spoken by the prophet, saying,5 “Say to the daughter of Zion, ‘Behold, your king is coming to you, humble, and mounted on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a beast of burden.’”6 The disciples went and did as Jesus had directed them. 7 They brought the donkey and the colt and put on them their cloaks, and he sat on them. 8 Most of the crowd spread their cloaks on the road, and others cut branches from the trees and spread them on the road. 9 And the crowds that went before him and that followed him were shouting, “Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest!” 10 And when he entered Jerusalem, the whole city was stirred up, saying, “Who is this?” 11 And the crowds said, “This is the prophet Jesus, from Nazareth of Galilee.” Zechariah 9:9 and Isaiah 62:11 and in the Feast of Tabernacles Lev 23:40 HOSANNA= save now!      -------------------the hatred of the religious hierarchy was stirred even further   In Matt 26 the plot is made to KILL HIM Judas Iscariot, one of Jesus’ disciples would betray Him for 30 pieces of silver   Matt 26:36 ESV  Then Jesus went with them to a place called Gethsemane, and he said to his disciples, “Sit here, while I go over there and pray.” 37 And taking with him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, he began to be sorrowful and troubled. 38 Then he said to them, “My soul is very sorrowful, even to death; remain here, and watch with me.” 39 And going a little farther he fell on his face and prayed, saying, “My Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as you will.” 40 And he came to the disciples and found them sleeping. And he said to Peter, “So, could you not watch with me one hour? 41 Watch and pray that you may not enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.” 42 Again, for the second time, he went away and prayed, “My Father, if this cannot pass unless I drink it, your will be done.” 43 And again he came and found them sleeping, for their eyes were heavy. 44 So, leaving them again, he went away and prayed for the third time, saying the same words again. 45 Then he came to the disciples and said to them, “Sleep and take your rest later on. (forsook him)   They led Him to Caiaphas the high priest where the scribes and the elders were assembled They spit in His face and buffeted Him, they hit him with the palms of their hands and belittled Him saying PROPHESY to us and WHO is HE THAT SMOTE THEE? PETER, one of HIS closest disciples DENIES KNOWING HIM 3Xs The religious led him to Pontious Pilate the governor HE Is questioned, accused FOUND INNOCENT in the eyes of Pilate   Matt 27:20-ESV  Now the chief priests and the elders persuaded the crowd to ask for Barabbas and destroy Jesus. 21 The governor again said to them, “Which of the two do you want me to release for you?” And they said, “Barabbas.” 22 Pilate said to them, “Then what shall I do with Jesus who is called Christ?” They all said, “Let him be crucified!” 23 And he said, “Why, what evil has he done?” But they shouted all the more, “Let him be crucified!”24 So when Pilate saw that he was gaining nothing, but rather that a riot was beginning, he took water and washed his hands before the crowd, saying, “I am innocent of this man’s blood; see to it yourselves.” 25 And all the people answered, “His blood be on us and on our children!” 26 Then he released for them Barabbas, and having scourged Jesus, delivered him to be crucified.27 Then the soldiers of the governor took Jesus into the governor’s headquarters, and they gathered the whole battalion before him. 28 And they stripped him and put a scarlet robe on him, 29 and twisting together a crown of thorns, they put it on his head and put a reed in his right hand. Now we can live chosen, with joy, free from shame and guilt, righteous before God…eternally! ADD- supply and furnish your FAITH- belief, your reliance on Christ for your salvation ---(this is NT all things FAITH used 243 times in the NT…this is JESUS SAW THEIR FAITH, YOUR FAITH has MADE YOU WHOLE, IF you had faith as a mustard seed faith, FAITH comes by hearing FAITH) add VIRTUE- valor, excellence, moral goodness (this is the think on these things virtue of Phil 4:8, the you are a Holy nation, a peculiar people that you should show forth the PRAISE/VIRTUE of HIM who called you out of darkness VIRTUE 1Peter 2:9) and to virtue knowledge; intelligence, seeking to know, investigation, discovering and seeking to understand (this is the knowledge that Paul said he counted all things loss for- THIS knowledge Phil 3:8) verse 6 And to knowledge temperance; self-control, one who masters his desires and passions Vine’s: it follows knowledge because what is learned/discovered REQUIRES to be put into practice (this temperance is the self control is produced by the Spirit led life and is listed as it’s fruit in Gal 5) and to temperance patience; hopeful endurance, constancy Thayer’s: the characteristic of a man who is unswerved from his deliberate purpose and his loyalty to faith and piety by even the greatest trials and sufferings:(this is the patience wherewith we possess our soul Luke 21:19, this patience is the patience of Heb 10 that we HAVE NEED of to receive the promises) and to patience godliness; well to be devout, Godward attitude- does what is well pleasing to Him(this godliness is the godliness of 2 Peter 3:11 what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, it is the godliness we are to pursue 1 Tim 6:11)  And to godliness brotherly kindness; love of the brethren, affection toward believers(this brotherly kindness is the honoring and preferring of one another of Rom 12:10) and to brotherly kindness charity. -LOVE, AGAPE, the highest expression of Love, as God has for us, now we have for Him and out of that is born LOVE FOR OTHERS(this love is the love that if we say we love God but hate our brother we are liars 1 John 4:19,20) 8 For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. --- For if these qualities are yours and are increasing, they keep you from being ineffective or unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 For whoever lacks these qualities is so nearsighted that he is blind, having forgotten that he was cleansed from his former sins. 10 Therefore, brothers, be all the more diligent to confirm your calling and election, for if you practice these qualities you will never fall. 11 For in this way there will be richly provided for you an entrance into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. God is asking us to see all things through HIS.   1 Peter 2:1 ESV So put away all malice and all deceit and hypocrisy and envy and all slander. 2 Like newborn infants, long for the pure spiritual milk, that by it you may grow up into salvation— 3 if indeed you have tasted that the Lord is good.4 As you come to him, a living stone rejected by men but in the sight of God chosen and precious, 5 you yourselves like living stones are being built up as a spiritual house, to be a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. 6 For it stands in Scripture: “Behold, I am laying in Zion a stone, a cornerstone chosen and precious, and whoever believes in him will not be put to shame.” 7 So the honor is for you who believe, but for those who do not believe, “The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone,” 8 and “A stone of stumbling, and a rock of offense.” They stumble because they disobey the word, as they were destined to do.9 But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light. 10 Once you were not a people, but now you are God’s people; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.11 Beloved, I urge you as sojourners and exiles to abstain from the passions of the flesh, which wage war against your soul. 12 Keep your conduct among the Gentiles honorable, so that when they speak against you as evildoers, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day of visitation.13 Be subject for the Lord’s sake to every human institution, whether it be to the emperor as supreme, 14 or to governors as sent by him to punish those who do evil and to praise those who do good. 15 For this is the will of God, that by doing good you should put to silence the ignorance of foolish people. 16 Live as people who are free, not using your freedom as a cover-up for evil, but living as servants of God. 17 Honor everyone. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the emperor. WE CAN SEE A NEW WAY, a HIGHER WAY   Isa 55:7-KJV  Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.12 For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.13 Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to the LORD for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.

Gen 1:26-NKJV  Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth." 27 So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. 28 Then God blessed them, and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; In Gen 2:18-NKJV  And the Lord God said, "It is not good that man should be alone; I will make him a helper comparable to him."   -Prioritize family time, quality time and if as much as possible quality and quantity of time --Raise your families knowing God in a good way ---Surround your life with people of like and precious faith ----Don’t let the world raise your children Deut 4:9- niv  Only be careful, and watch yourselves closely so that you do not forget the things your eyes have seen or let them slip from your heart as long as you live. Teach them to your children and to their children after them. Deut 6:6-niv These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your hearts. 7 Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. 8 Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. 9 Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates.
