The Content of My Heart 5/15/22 susan allen Ex 7:13 And he hardened (to grow rigid) Pharaoh's heart, that he hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had said. :14 And the LORD said unto Moses, Pharaoh's heart is hardened (hard, difficult), he refuseth to let the people go. :22 and Pharaoh's heart was hardened, neither did he hearken unto them; as the LORD had said. Ex 8:15 he hardened his heart, & hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had said. :19 Then the magicians said unto Pharaoh, This is the finger of God: and Pharaoh's heart was hardened, and he hearkened not unto them; as the LORD had said. :32 And Pharaoh hardened his heart at this time also, neither would he let the people go. Ex 9:7 And the heart of Pharaoh was hardened, and he did not let the people go. :12 And the LORD hardened the heart of Pharaoh, & he hearkened not unto them; :34 he sinned yet more, and hardened his heart :35 And the heart of Pharaoh was hardened, neither would he let the children of Israel go; as the LORD had spoken by Moses.   Mark 3:5 And when He had looked round about on them with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their hearts, he saith unto the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it out: and his hand was restored whole as the other. 6 And the Pharisees went forth, and straightway took counsel with the Herodians against him, how they might destroy him. Grieved: sympathetic grief because of their self-injury For the hardness of their hearts: callousness of their hearts                                                  Process, perception dulled over time   Mark 6:52 For they considered not the miracle of the loaves: for their heart was hardened. Mark 8:17 kjv17 And when Jesus knew it, he saith unto them, Why reason ye, because ye have no bread? perceive ye not yet, neither understand? have ye your heart yet hardened?18 Having eyes, see ye not? and having ears, hear ye not? and do ye not remember?19 When I brake the five loaves among five thousand, how many baskets full of fragments took ye up? They say unto him, Twelve.20 And when the seven among four thousand, how many baskets full of fragments took ye up? And they said, Seven.21 And he said unto them, How is it that ye do not understand? Ezek 11:19 NIV I will give them an undivided heart and put a new spirit in them; I will remove from them their heart of stone and give them a heart of flesh. Adam Clarke: I will take away that which would not receive the impressions of my Spirit and will give them one that is capable of receiving and retaining these impressions Rom 2:4 niv Or do you show contempt for the riches of his kindness, tolerance and patience, not realizing that God's kindness leads you toward repentance? 5 But because of your stubbornness and your unrepentant heart, you are storing up wrath against yourself for the day of God's wrath, when his righteous judgment will be revealed. Prov 4:23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life. Heb 3:7 AMP  Therefore, as the Holy Spirit says: Today, if you will hear His voice, 8 Do not harden your hearts, as [happened] in the rebellion [of Israel] and their provocation and embitterment [of Me] in the day of testing in the wilderness, 9 Where your fathers tried [My patience] and tested [My forbearance] and found I stood their test, and they saw My works for forty years. 10 And so I was provoked (displeased and sorely grieved) with that generation, and said, They always err and are led astray in their hearts, and they have not perceived or recognized My ways and become progressively better and more experimentally and intimately acquainted with them. Ps 139

    GOING FORWARD 5/1/22 Picnic Sunday You simply cannot go forward, staying in the past                          A path has been cleared for you to move forward Ex 12:11 NIV This is how you are to eat it: with your cloak tucked into your belt, your sandals on your feet and your staff in your hand. Eat it in haste; it is the Lord's Passover. Ex 13:17 niv When Pharaoh let the people go, God did not lead them on the road through the Philistine country, though that was shorter. For God said, "If they face war, they might change their minds and return to Egypt Ex 14:13 kjv And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever.14 The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.15 And the LORD said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward:16 But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea. Romans 6:6  We know that our old (unrenewed) self was nailed to the cross with Him in order that [our] body [which is the instrument] of sin might be made ineffective and inactive for evil, that we might no longer be the slaves of sin. 7 For when a man dies, he is freed (loosed, delivered) from [the power of] sin [among men]. 8 Now if we have died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him, 9 Because we know that Christ (the Anointed One), being once raised from the dead, will never die again; death no longer has power over Him. 10 For by the death He died, He died to sin [ending His relation to it] once for all; and the life that He lives, He is living to God [in unbroken fellowship with Him]. 11 Even so consider yourselves also dead to sin and your relation to it broken, but alive to God [living in unbroken fellowship with Him] in Christ Jesus. 12 Let not sin therefore rule as king in your mortal (short-lived, perishable) bodies, to make you yield to its cravings and be subject to its lusts and evil passions. 13 Do not continue offering or yielding your bodily members [and faculties] to sin as instruments (tools) of wickedness. But offer and yield yourselves to God as though you have been raised from the dead to [perpetual] life, and your bodily members [and faculties] to God, presenting them as implements of righteousness. 14 For sin shall not [any longer] exert dominion over you, since now you are not under Law [as slaves], but under grace [as subjects of God's favor and mercy]. 15 What then [are we to conclude]? Shall we sin because we live not under Law but under God's favor and mercy? Certainly not! 16 Do you not know that if you continually surrender yourselves to anyone to do his will, you are the slaves of him whom you obey, whether that be to sin, which leads to death, or to obedience which leads to righteousness (right doing and right standing with God)? 17 But thank God, though you were once slaves of sin, you have become obedient with all your heart to the standard of teaching in which you were instructed and to which you were committed.

    Work Scriptures Proverbs 10:4 Poor is he who works with a negligent hand, But the hand of the diligent makes rich. Proverbs 12:24 The hand of the diligent will rule, But the slack hand will be put to forced labor. Proverbs 17:2 A servant who acts wisely will rule over a son who acts shamefully, And will share in the inheritance among brothers. Proverbs 27:18 He who tends the fig tree will eat its fruit, And he who cares for his master will be honored. Leviticus 19:13b The wages of a hired man are not to remain with you all night until morning. Deuteronomy 24:14-15 “You shall not oppress a hired servant who is poor and needy, whether he is one of your countrymen or one of your aliens who is in your land in your towns. You shall give him his wages on his day before the sun sets, for he is poor and sets his heart on it; so that he will not cry against you to the Lord and it become sin in you. 1 Timothy 5:18 For the Scripture says, “You shall not muzzle the ox while he is threshing,” and “The laborer is worthy of his wages.” 2 Thessalonians 3:7-For you yourselves know how you ought to follow our example, because we did not act in an undisciplined manner among you, nor did we eat anyone’s bread without paying for it, but with labor and hardship we kept working night and day so that we would not be a burden to any of you; not because we do not have the right to this, but in order to offer ourselves as a model for you, so that you would follow our example. Genesis 2:15 Then the Lord God took the man and put him into the garden of Eden to cultivate it and keep it. You are serving the Lord Christ. James 5:4 Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you kept back by fraud, are crying out against you, and the cries of the harvesters have reached the ears of the Lord of hosts. Phil 2:14- Do everything without complaining or arguing, 15 so that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which you shine like stars in the universe Ps 128:1 Blessed are all who fear the Lord, who walk in his ways. 2 You will eat the fruit of your labor;blessings and prosperity will be yours. Josh 1:8-Do not let this Book of the Law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. 1 Thess 4:11-Make it your ambition to lead a quiet life, to mind your own business and to work with your hands, just as we told you, 12 so that your daily life may win the respect of outsiders and so that you will not be dependent on anybody. 1 Peter 5:5 Young men, in the same way be submissive to those who are older. All of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because, "God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble." 6 Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Prov 6:6- Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise! 7 It has no commander, no overseer or ruler, 8 yet it stores its provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest. 9 How long will you lie there, you sluggard? When will you get up from your sleep? 10 A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to rest 11 and poverty will come on you like a bandit and scarcity like an armed man. Prov 20:4 The sluggard does not plow when winter sets in; therefore he begs in harvest and has nothing. Prov 26:13- The hater of work says, There is a lion in the way; a lion is in the streets. A door is turned on its pillar, and the hater of work on his bed. The hater of work puts his hand deep into the basin: lifting it again to his mouth is a weariness to him. The hater of work seems to himself wiser than seven men who are able to give an answer with good sense.

My Health is PRESENT in HIS WORD 1/30/22 susan allen Prov 4:20 AMP 20 My son, attend (give your attention) to my words; consent and submit to my sayings. 21 Let them not depart from your sight; keep them in the center of your heart. 22 For they are life to those who find them, (attain, possess, keep present) healing and health (cure, medicine, remedy, profitable) to all their flesh. Ps 107:20 NIV He sent forth his word and healed them; he rescued them from the grave. Isa 53:4 AMP Surely He has borne our griefs (sicknesses, weaknesses, and distresses) and carried our sorrows and pains [of punishment], yet we [ignorantly] considered Him stricken, smitten, and afflicted by God [as if with leprosy].  [Matt 8:17.] 5 But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; the chastisement [needful to obtain] peace and well-being for us was upon Him, and with the stripes [that wounded] Him we are healed and made whole. Ps 103:2 AMP 2 Bless (affectionately, gratefully praise) the Lord, O my soul, and forget not [one of] all His benefits —  3 Who forgives [every one of] all your iniquities, Who heals [each one of] all your diseases, 4 Who redeems your life from the pit and corruption, Who beautifies, dignifies, and crowns you with loving-kindness and tender mercy; 5 Who satisfies your mouth [your necessity and desire at your personal age and situation] with good so that your youth, renewed, is like the eagle's [strong, overcoming, soaring]!  [Isa 40:31.] 1 Peter 2:24 kjv Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed. *Smith Wigglesworth“The devil never lets go of the flesh until he is forced to” Mark 11:23,24, Luke 17:6  speak to your own body in faith Ask the elders of the church to anoint you with oil James 5:14-15 Have hands laid on you by a believer Mark 16:17 kjv17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. Healing is very present…it exists in the realm of faith *Smith Wigglesworth: “I believe in compete healings. If the healing is not manifested, it is there all the same. It is inactive because of inactive faith, but it is there. God has given it. How do I know? They will lay hands on the sick and they will recover. Whose word is that? That is God’s Word. So I have faith today.” Rom 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Don’t Give Up Your Victory – Susan Allen
Don’t Give Up Your Victory 4/24/22 susan allen 1 Tim 1:18, 1 Tim 6:12 and 2 Tim 4:7 the good FIGHT of FAITH   1 John 5:3 niv This is love for God: to obey his commands. And his commands are not burdensome, 4 for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. 5 Who is it that overcomes the world? Only he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.   Rom 8:35 kjv Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.   Circumstances CANNOT be your evidence. Good or bad. Heb 11:1 Amp   NOW FAITH is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses].   2 Cor 2:11 kjv  Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.   Eph 6:11 AMP  Put on God's whole armor [the armor of a heavy-armed soldier which God supplies], that you may be able successfully to stand up against [all] the strategies and the deceits of the devil.   Eph 6:10 NASU Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.  13 Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm. 14 Stand firm therefore, HAVING GIRDED YOUR LOINS WITH TRUTH, and HAVING PUT ON THE BREASTPLATE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS, 15 and having shod YOUR FEET WITH THE PREPARATION OF THE GOSPEL OF PEACE; 16 in addition to all, taking up the shield of faith with which you will be able to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.  17 And take THE HELMET OF SALVATION, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. 18 With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints,   1 Peter 5:8 niv  Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. 9 Resist him, standing firm in the faith   1 Cor 9:25 Amp   Now every athlete who goes into training conducts himself temperately and restricts himself in all things. They do it to win a wreath that will soon wither, but we [do it to receive a crown of eternal blessedness] that cannot wither. 26 Therefore I do not run uncertainly (without definite aim).     Living the NEW LIFE 4/17/22 susan allen Resurrection Sunday Isa 53:3-5 He was despised and rejected by men, a man of sorrows, and familiar with suffering. Like one from whom men hide their faces he was despised, and we esteemed him not. 4 Surely he took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows, yet we considered him stricken by God, smitten by him, and afflicted.5 But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed. NIV   WE have to identify with HIS DEATH. Rom 6:23 For the wages which sin pays is death, but the [bountiful] free gift of God is eternal life through (in union with) Jesus Christ our Lord. Amp HE DIED so WE wouldn’t have to LIVE DEAD. HE WAS RESURRECTED so WE COULD LIVE a NEW LIFE Romans 6:1 TPT So what do we do, then? Do we persist in sin so that God’s kindness and grace will increase? 2What a terrible thought! We have died to sin once and for all, as a dead man passes away from this life. So how could we live under sin’s rule a moment longer? 3Or have you forgotten that all of us who were immersed into union with Jesus, the Anointed One, were immersed into union with his death?4Sharing in his death by our baptism means that we were co-buried with him, so that when the Father’s glory raised Christ from the dead, we were also raised with him. We have been co-resurrected with him so that we could be empowered to walk in the freshness of new life. 5For since we are permanently grafted into him  to experience a death like his, then we are permanently grafted into him to experience a resurrection like his and the new life that it imparts.6Could it be any clearer  that our former identity  is now and forever deprived of its power? There are somethings in life that you can’t go BACK and change But the change in YOU can change the effect of those things There are things in life that can change That’s the things you SOW FOR tomorrow It is simple to learn what to sow- WHAT DO YOU WANT TO REAP?   Gen 1:29 niv Then God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. God gave first and what He gave them supplied them with the SEED they needed to SOW if they wanted it in the garden Until we receive it, WE WON’T have the seed to sow it Unless we sow it, we WON’T have it in our future Until you PLANT IT TOMORROW is not going to LOOK any different Ps 126:5 niv Those who sow in tears will reap with songs of joy. 6 He who goes out weeping, carrying seed to sow, will return with songs of joy, carrying sheaves with him.   Gal 6:7 kjv Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.   Are you trying to sow something you haven’t received in yourself? BUILD (banah- baw naw’): to make, to establish, rebuild something that is destroyed LABOR in vain: work severely and with irksomeness (causing annoyance, weariness frustration) EACH and EVERY LABORER NEEDS to have an UNDERSTANDING of THEIR PART of the VISION for this HOME LOOK TO GOD for plan, materials and co-operation 2 Peter 1:2-niv  Grace and peace be yours in abundance through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord. 3 His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. 4 Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature and escape the corruption in the world caused by evil desires. 5 For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; 6 and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; 7 and to godliness, brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness, love. 8 For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. Meanwhile, people will become fixated on the unobtainable pursuit of happiness and pleasure even more than they love God.

    They love God…they just love pleasures more Matt 6   Although they may possess an outward form of religiosity, they will rebuff, refute, refuse, and reject the authentic power that goes along with genuine godliness.   They will have a flexible truth. Their own form of spirituality that is comfortable for them, but it has no power to change them bc they change IT to fit them instead of changing themselves to fit it. ROMANS 8:29 we are to be molded into the image of Christ   I urgently tell you to mentally, spiritually, and physically turn away and remove yourselves from such people. These sorts of people project themselves as “help” with the intention of gaining access into people’s homes to manipulate them HOME IS THE TARGET. The culprit will come under the guise of “HELP” WHO/WHAT has access to my home?   —especially targeting some sincere women who feel overwhelmed by frustrations and disappointing failures in life whom the manipulators find easier to influence because they have so many unmet longings. These women are endlessly doing their very best to gain insight needed to help them navigate life, but they are perpetually unable to come to right conclusions based on truth.       They disdain, mock, slander, and speak ill of anyone that stands in the way of their ideology and freely use foul language.

My brothers, this should not be. *we need to let HIS Word set the boundaries/the limits of our words* In this climate, parents will no longer be able to persuade, control, lead, or exercise authority over their own children.

    What I am complaining about…is it something I want GONE? These boasters are so committed to their own agenda that they are willing to exaggerate, overstate the facts, stretch the truth, embellish a story, and even lie if it will get them the position, advantage, or goal they desire. BOASTERS- exaggerating for their own advancement DO I PROMOTE MYSELF? DO I PROMOTE MY KIDS? How do I seek advancement? 1 Peter 5:5 kjv Young men, in the same way be submissive to those who are older. All of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because,"God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble." 6 Humble yourselves, therefore, under God's mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Don’t BOAST----LET GOD’S FAVOR do ITS WORK Boasting is manipulative distorted favor   They are arrogant, haughty, impudent, snooty, and insolent. Kjv PROUD- superior, have intellectual advantage Prov 6  one of the 7 things God hates   Do I feel the need to prove I am right? How far will I go to prove my point? When we tell our children we are proud of them, what are we PROUD OF? We can build confidence without building pride. Pride has a habit of comparison with other people and putting other down to raise ourselves up. 2 Cor 10:12-NIV We do not dare to classify or compare ourselves with some who commend themselves. When they measure themselves by themselves and compare themselves with themselves, they are not wise. 13 We, however, will not boast beyond proper limits, but will confine our boasting to the field God has assigned to us, a field that reaches even to you. What am I doing this for? Col 3:23 tell us whatever we do, do it with all of your heart and do it for the LORD

Tonight he will be winnowing barley on the threshing floor. 3 Wash and perfume yourself, and put on your best clothes. Then go down to the threshing floor, but don't let him know you are there until he has finished eating and drinking. 4 When he lies down, note the place where he is lying. Then go and uncover his feet and lie down. (cut off from spiritual blessing) Life happens but the principles of God don’t change. Our marriage is not separate from our faith. Our marriage is not separate from our relationship with God.
