For over 35 years, the Russellville Christian Center has been teaching the uncompromised Word of God. Pastors Tom and Bonnie began the church in the back of a small welding shop and have nurtured it into its current location on Lake Front Drive. Known for his practical manner of teaching, Pastor Tom has ignited hearts to the truth of God’s Word and is committed to teaching the full Gospel with simplicity.
The Russellville Christian Center has teaching for all ages. Our Children’s Church takes place during the regular Sunday morning service. The Children’s Church pastors teach the boys and girls the truth of God’s Word in a way they can understand. The Joshua Tree Youth group meets during the Sunday evening service. And our ZOE college age group meets on Wednesday nights during our regular service. In addition, we have many groups that meet for fun, fellowship and various activities each month.
We also have a spanish speaking church that meets at the same time as all other regular services.
Teaching from the Russellville Christian Center can be heard on our own radio station, KMTC 91.1 FM. KMTC plays Contemporary Christian music and is proud to be a station that the entire family can enjoy.
The Russellville Christian Center is a church:
Where people of all ages are being reached with the Gospel and are being saved every week.
Where people of all ages are being filled with the Holy Spirit.
Where people are being healed of sickness and disease by the power of God.
Where God's people are taught God's method of prosperity from the written Word.
Where people are taught how to live in faith daily and how to use their faith.
Where people are taught to love with the love of God and walk in peace.
Where people are trained by the Word of God to be overcomers in every area of life.
A Place For You
Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Proverbs 9:10 “The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. NKJV
James 1:5-8 5 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. 6 But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. 7 For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; 8 he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways. NKJV
Wisdom NT:4678 sophia (sof-ee’-ah); from NT:4680; wisdom (higher or lower, worldly or spiritual): 4680 practical skill, the ability to make good judgement and decisions (Strongs)
Luke 2:51-52 51 Then He went down with them and came to Nazareth, and was subject to them, but His mother kept all these things in her heart. 52 And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men. NKJV
1 Corinthians 1:22-31 22 For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom: 23 But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness; 24 But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God. 25 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men. 26 For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called: 27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; 28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: 29 That no flesh should glory in his presence. 30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption: 31 That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord. KJV
1 Corinthians 2:13-16 13 These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which the Holy* Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual. 14 But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. 15 But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is rightly judged by no one. 16 For “who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?”* But we have the mind of Christ. NKJV
Colossians 2:2-3 2 that their hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, and attaining to all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the knowledge of the mystery of God, both of the Father and* of Christ, 3 in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. NKJV

Matt 27:45-50 NIV45 From the sixth hour until the ninth hour darkness came over all the land. 46 About the ninth hour Jesus cried out in a loud voice, “Eloi, Eloi, c lama sabachthani?”-which means, “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?” d 47 When some of those standing there heard this, they said, “He’s calling Elijah.” 48 Immediately one of them ran and got a sponge. He filled it with wine vinegar, put it on a stick, and offered it to Jesus to drink. 49 The rest said, “Now leave him alone. Let’s see if Elijah comes to save him.” 50 And when Jesus had cried out again in a loud voice, he gave up his spirit.
